Give me something messy, undefined, or never-been-built, and I come alive. It is the through-line of my work: coordinating enterprise transformation at Moderna, leading agency delivery for a federal Crown Corporation, building the automated backbone of a bilingual financial-literacy startup, and steering three products from concept to launch.
I am a project manager with a product mind: the discipline to deliver, and the instinct to keep people at the heart of what I build.
One instinct, every time: find the messy problem, build the system that solves it, and keep the people it serves at the heart of it.
Whether solo or across complex, cross-functional teams, the instinct holds. At enterprise scale, the people were millions of patients worldwide, counting on Moderna's global SAP transformation to succeed. Operating within Program Odyssey's PMO, I onboarded the program team members joining the transformation. Recognizing that manual approval correspondence was consuming valuable project hours, I implemented an automation workflow across SharePoint and Microsoft Forms, reducing onboarding time by 90% and freeing my capacity for the work that moved the project forward. Beyond any brief, three problems moved me to act: a study tool that fell short of what I needed, a patient experience that deserved better, and a cold case that called for modern technology. I delivered each from first idea to launch.
One live, with real users and two self-directed concept prototypes. Built for someone real each time: a candidate, a community, a family. All three built the same way: solo, directing AI as my engineering partner. I owned the product decisions, the tickets that scoped each build, and the QA that ensured every feature worked before it reached a user.
Whether you are hiring, collaborating, or want to think through a hard problem together, I welcome the conversation.
I do my best work where delivery is undefined: early-stage teams, transformation programs, or anywhere that needs structure built from the ground up.
